Once your order is placed, our team gets to work preparing your parcel with the care it deserves. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

During busy seasonal periods — including Black Friday, Valentine's Day, and the Holiday season — processing times may be slightly extended. We'll always keep you informed.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

We're delighted to ship to customers in both the United Kingdom and the United States. Here's a full breakdown of estimated delivery times by region:

  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days after dispatch — delivered via Royal Mail

  • United States: 9–14 business days after dispatch — delivered via USPS

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or busy postal periods. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in the respective country.

Order Tracking

Every single order placed with illenai comes with full tracking — no exceptions. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.

If you haven't received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then reach out to us at Contact@illenaii.com and we'll assist you promptly.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees levied by US customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected or covered by illenai.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any questions about potential import charges before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take every precaution to ensure your clothing, gifts, and goods are packaged securely for their journey. However, in the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Damaged items: Please email us at Contact@illenaii.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

  • Lost parcels: If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the relevant carrier on your behalf. We will do our utmost to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. illenai is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery address immediately after placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours at Contact@illenaii.com or call us on +1 302 4126256 and we will do our best to amend the details before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs may apply for re-dispatch.
