The Aura midi dress is a digital PDF sewing pattern.
The Aura midi dress features a flattering design with an open back and spaghetti straps. Tailored to cinch at the waist, this dress creates an hourglass silhouette. Its voluminous skirt, complete with convenient side seam pockets, enhances the hips and gives the appearance of a smaller waist.
It is an ideal piece for year-round wear, offering a simple yet sophisticated option for special events, as well as an excellent choice for everyday wear, depending on the fabric you select for sewing.
The dress features facings on the bodice instead of a lining, which simplifies the sewing process for beginners.
This pattern is available in a digital PDF format, allowing you to download and print it at home using your printer, or you can opt to print it at a print shop.
The pattern pages are designed to be assembled by taping them together.
The sizes in the pattern are layered, so you can print only the size you need, or print any size as many times as you like. Each size is in a different color.
The sizes are organized in layers, so individual files for each size cannot be provided. You can easily open and print the PDF files with the patterns using any PDF application. For the best experience, I recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer.


The "Final Dress Measurements" table provides the exact measurements of the finished dress for each size.
When selecting a size, please refer to the measurements in the table, as they differ slightly from body measurements due to wearing ease. This will give you a clear idea of how the finished dress will fit, allowing you to make any necessary adjustments before cutting.

Dress length on the HPS varies from 102 cm to 110 cm (40 – 43 inches) depending on the size.

For the Aura dress pattern, you can choose any woven fabric, whether it has little stretch or not. You can select from various fabric weights, such as light, medium, or heavy, depending on the season or occasion. Suitable fabric options include taffeta, satin, t cotton, linen, wool blends, brocade, denim, crepe, Tencel, cupro, velvet, and synthetic blends.
Please note that this pattern is not suitable for knit fabrics.
